Andrew Asare Bediako is a licensed pharmacist with an MSc Med degree and 24 years of experience in retail pharmacy. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, establishing strong relationships with customers, pharmaceutical representatives, medical professionals, healthcare organizations, and insurance providers. His ability to connect with various stakeholders has been instrumental in delivering top-notch pharmacy services and ensuring quality patient care.
Known for his leadership abilities, Andrew has a proven track record in training and managing diverse teams to achieve peak performance. His commitment to excellence is reflected in his dedication to providing accurate medication dispensing and maintaining high standards in patient care. His extensive experience in the field has equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of the pharmaceutical industry effectively.
Currently, Andrew serves as the Group Chairman, where he plays a pivotal role in negotiating with manufacturers and vendors, sourcing finance, and ensuring the group adheres to formalities. His responsibilities also include overseeing staff training and ensuring their financial stability. Under his leadership, the organization has seen significant improvements in operational efficiency and employee satisfaction, thanks to his strategic approach to negotiation and training.

Mogologolo is a seasoned pharmacist with an MSc (Med) Degree from Medunsa, boasting extensive experience in both research and regulatory aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. He began his career as a researcher at Medunsa now known as the Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University, contributing valuable insights to the field for two years.
Mogologolo furthered his expertise by working with the South African Pharmacy Council, where he gained vast knowledge of industry regulations and became a qualified and registered assessor. Demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit,
He founded a retail pharmacy in Pretoria Central, applying his financial management and bookkeeping skills to achieve overwhelming success. In 2003, he established PBM Pharmaceutical under the Black IQ Group, a wholesaler and distributor of medicines. As the founder and CEO of Black IQ Group since 2002, Mogologolo is responsible for the overall management and strategic planning of all company projects. His business acumen has driven the sustained growth and success of Black IQ Group.
Amongst his career accomplishments, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Black IQ since 2002 and the Chairman of the Independent Community Pharmacies Association since 2014. Additionally, he was appointed to the South African Pharmacy Council by the Minister of Health and currently holds that position. Mogologolo’s career reflects a blend of research, regulatory proficiency, and strategic business leadership, making him a respected figure in the pharmaceutical industry.

Emmanuel Manngo is a BSc Pharmacy graduate with twenty years of comprehensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His career is marked by a progressive journey through various roles, ultimately leading to his current position as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the Black IQ Pharmaceutical Group. In this role, Emmanuel ensures that the business processes and general operations of the organization are intact and running smoothly, demonstrating his capability to manage complex operational frameworks.
Since November 2014, Emmanuel has been the COO at Black IQ Pharmaceuticals. His key responsibilities include re-engineering business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, monitoring and evaluating business performance to ensure the company meets its strategic objectives and managing projects for current and upcoming stores. His leadership has been crucial in streamlining operations, driving performance improvements, and overseeing the successful expansion of the company’s retail footprint.
Emmanuel’s extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, coupled with his strategic operational management skills, have made him an invaluable asset to the organizations he has been part of. His ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, manage diverse teams, and maintain high standards of service delivery underscores his expertise and commitment to excellence in the pharmaceutical sector.
